MediaTakeOut.com says this could be Jamie Foxx. We're not sure, but the resemblance is uncanny. And the dick? Nothing short of impressive!

TMZ has confirmed "Criminal Minds" actor Shemar Moore was hit by a car while riding his bicycle in L.A. on Saturday.

A rep for Moore -- who once dated Halle Berry -- tells us the actor was rushed to a local hospital and treated for a broken leg.

We're told Shemar is fine otherwise and is currently recuperating at his home.

All-male studio Pitbull Productions has declined its recent Blatino Awards nominations, citing a contentious relationship with a show producer that includes a history of litigation.

Organizers FlavaMen Magazine and parent company Flava Works announced its inaugural slate of Blatino Awards nominees earlier this week, recognizing ethnic clubs and promoters, adult stars and studios, films and websites by and for men of color.

Pitbull received two nods: Best Studio and Best Latin DVD for "Thugz Paradise Rio" on its Blatino Gold subsidiary label.

In a statement released yesterday afternoon, the studio declined its citations and called for Flava Works CEO Phillip Bleicher to "remove any mention of Pitbull Productions and its movies within 24 hours from the Blatino Awards website."

"Pitbull has a long history of litigation against Phillip Bleicher," Pitbull Vice President Bruce Fleming said.

"Furthermore, Pitbull does not endorse the types of movies included in the nominations, nor does it wish to have anything to do with any award show that Mr. Bleicher is involved with."

The initial slate of nominees were determined by fan submissions to BlatinoAwards.com.

"Pitbull Productions may decline to participate in the Blatino Awards, but their fans nominated them, not Flava Works," Bleicher told XBIZ. "Members of the public cast their votes online to determine the finalists."

Voting to determine the winners is now open to the public through Aug. 10. The winners will be announced at a ceremony during the Atlanta Black Pride Celebration over Labor Day weekend.

Bestselling author E. Lynn Harris, the man who introduced the world to the phenomenon known as the 'down low,' has died. He was 54.

Publicist Laura Gilmore said Harris died Thursday night after being stricken at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, though the cause of death had not been revealed. Apparently he fell ill on a train to Los Angeles but seemed to have recovered.

In 15 years, Harris wrote 11 titles, ten of them New York Times bestsellers. More than four million of his books are in print.

He also achieved more mainstream success with works like "Love of My Own" and the memoir "What Becomes of the Brokenhearted."

"He was a pioneering voice within the black LGBT community, but also resonated with mainstream communities, regardless of race and sexual orientation," said Herndon Davis, a gay advocate. "Harris painted with eloquent prose and revealing accuracy the lives of African American men and the many complicated struggles they faced reconciling their sexuality and spirituality while rising above societal taboos within the black community."

He will be missed.

His name is Bryce Faulkner and he's in trouble. His parents have sent the 23-year-old, under duress, to Exodus International, an ex-gay ministry that abuses the 'gay' out of people (it actually just makes people scared to accept their gayness, forcing them deep into the closet).

Bryce's boyfriend, Travis Swanson, and Reverend Brett Harris, have joined forces and created a website asking for any help to find, and free, Bryce. Check out savebryce.ergonomicalministries.org and see what you can do to help.

As the Advocate reported:

A gay Arkansas man who has not contacted his friends in over one month likely checked himself into a residential clinic for “ex-gay” therapy, reports Fox News.

Friends say 23-year-old Bryce Faulkner is believed to be at an Exodus International center in Florida. The group offers “reparative” therapy to “cure” people of their same-sex attractions.

Faulkner, a Christian medical student from Arkansas, had told friends that he planned to move closer to his boyfriend, Travis Swanson, in Wisconsin, and be more open about their relationship.

Since Faulkner went missing in June, his friends have launched a “Save Bryce” campaign on the Web to determine his whereabouts. A Facebook group called “Friends of Bryce” already has garnered thousands of members.

Taleon Goffney, a porn star known for starring with his twin brother in Marc and the Twins, was sentenced to at least 3 years in prison on Wednesday for using a handsaw and ax to break into stores through their rooftops.

Goffney pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary and two counts of criminal conspiracy. Charges of criminal trespass, receiving stolen property and possession of an instrument of crime were dropped in exchange for his guilty plea. He could have faced up to 40 years in prison if convicted in a trial. “Thank you for your lenience in accepting my plea. These crimes won’t be happening again,” the 27-year-old told the judge.

Goffney was arrested last year after police caught him breaking into a hair salon while his brother Keyontyli Goffeny stood as lookout. Kyontyli is also charged but it is unclear if he will accept a plea deal. He is due back in court on August 6.

The Goffney twins have appeared in many online gay porn videos under the names Teyon and Keyon. They appeared together in the Marc and the Twins with porn star Marc Williams.

The story from last year:

Rapper Soulja Boy wants the world to knows this one thing: he has a good sized dick! After being teased for lacking in the package department (by the guys at MediaTakeOut.com) (the same site that popularized Terrell Carter's outing), Soulja Boy posted these pics.

Ack! We haven't even gotten the blog up and running and already a huge story has broken.

Seems our man (well, maybe he would be our man if he ever met us) Terrell Carter has a spurned lover. And said lover is a man!

Carter, known for his roles in Tyler Perry's Class Reunion, Meet the Browns, and Diary of a Mad Black Woman, had apparently been dating model Alex Cortez. They broke up. Alex posted pics of the two online. (Ah, a classic tale of love and revenge ...)

But since you're secret is out, we'll date you Terrell! You're hot!!!

35-year-old Marcus Patrick is, believe it or not, a British actor who moved to the States to further his acting career.

From My Wife & Kids to CSI: Miami to the soap Passions, he has made a name for himself. Being so damn goodlooking didn't hurt his chances.

A scandal developed when he joined the cast of Days of our Lives as Jett Carver. He only had the role for five months before the show fired him. Patrick said he was fired for appearing naked in the September 2007 edition of Playgirl Magazine.

He now spends part of his time stripping for a living. Sadly, he is not gay. Proof that no one is perfect.
